Coach Adkins is in his sixth year in his return to PHUHS. He has taught at Palm Harbor University High School for 24 years and has coached at Palm Harbor and Dunedin High School during this time.
Coach Adkins is a graduate of Clearwater Christian College. Outside of coaching and teaching, he enjoys boating, yelling at the neighbor’s kids, hunting and fishing.
Coach Adkins and his wonderful wife Mindy are the proud parents of Jacob (8).
